Excessive Force or Cocaine Overdose?

By Anonymous Non-PC Writer,

Facts: (Please note site has not verified these.)
A huge black guy threatens to kill people and stuff their bodies in his home
Police are called
Police handcuff after a struggle and place him in a cruiser
The man kicks the cruiser window out and escapes with handcuffs on near a hospital
The police track him down and tell him to stop, lay on the ground on his stomach
The huge man refused and fought with the officers with the cuffs on
The police warned him if he did not stop and obey commands, he would be tazered
The man refused and continued to struggle with the officers
The officers then shot their tazers at the man--three officers, each shot
The man was then subdued and taken back to another patrol car, not the one he kicked window out of and escaped
He continued to try to struggle with an officers seated beside him
On the way to the police station, the man looked like he was going to pass out He admitted he took a bunch of cocaine
Police decided to take him to the ER to have him checked out
The man was admitted and died shortly after as a result of a heart attack due to the massive cocaine he ingested

The family blamed the police and said they used too much force
The family hired an attorney
The family and the attorney want to sue the police for $25 million

So, how is this the police officers' faults? Did they cause him to say he was going to kill people and stuff their bodies in his home. Did they make him take massive amounts of cocaine that ultimately led to a heart attack after the problems he caused? Did the tazers kill him?

The answer to all of this is NO!

It's just another low-life black family trying to get a free ride instead of working like many of black families do!

Washington Wakes Up, Sheds Light on Climate Conundrum

Reproduced by Cheri (@CheriWriter), the Non-PC Newsgirl for Heather Shelby

For years, it has felt like most of Washington has been burying their heads in the sand by ignoring the climate problem even as evidence mounts and dire predictions become reality. But this week, it became undeniably clear that the tide is turning.

It started Monday, as Senator Whitehouse—a longtime, tireless advocate for climate action—gave his 100th weekly climate speech on the Senate floor. Knowing that "opponents of responsible climate action do best in the dark," Whitehouse dedicated himself to pulling the Senate into the light: "Time and time again, we hear, 'I'm not a scientist' from politicians refusing to acknowledge the evidence. We're not elected to be scientists. We're elected to listen to them."

He's not alone in shedding light on the problem. Secretary of State Kerry's recent trip to Asia focused on the nuclear threat of North Korea and violent extremism around the world—and climate couldn't be left out of the conversation: "It's time to put aside discredited scientific arguments and to focus on the facts, not just for our health and the health of our children, but for our planet's security as well," explained Kerry upon his return.

Today, President Obama continued that conversation, highlighting the national security threat climate change poses in his commencement address at the Coast Guard Academy: "Climate change constitutes a serious threat to global security, an immediate risk to our national security, and make no mistake, it will impact how our military defends our country. And so we need to act—and we need to act now... In Miami and Charleston, streets now flood at high tide. Along our coasts, thousands of miles of highways, roads, railways and energy facilities are vulnerable. It's estimated that a further increase in sea level of one foot—just one foot—by the end of this century could cost our nation $200 billion." Many in Washington are finally waking up and we're not going to miss this opportunity. Yesterday, I was down on Capitol Hill with dozens of EDF supporters meeting with more than 40 Senators and Members of Congress as they called for climate action and support for the Clean Power Plan. With your help, we'll keep turning Washington's words into action. We'll bring the climate catastrophe into the ligh, and ensure that strong, meaningful action is successful.

Snopes.com Uses Political Correctness To Try To Disprove Outrageous Stats That Are True About iIlegals in Los Angeles

By Cheri, the Non-PC Newsgirl

Snopes.com is really reaching in trying to disprove statistics about the number of violent crimes and social and fiscal costs to Los Angeles County as a result of illegal aliens.

For instance, 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens, yet Snopes states that while it's true that 75% are Mexicans, they can't claim they are illegal. Really? The police intake reports state whether or not they speak English . You can bet that when they don't, they are illegal. You don't grow up in this country and not learn English unless you are ILLEGAL.

Another reach by Snopes is how many radio stations in LA are Spanish, and that number is stated at 21. Snopes argues it comes down to how you define a radio station. Is it music, talk, AM, FM, etc. I ask, does it matter? They're ALL radio stations. What else are they? Snopes claims that if you conclude these are radio stations, then, yes, there are about 20 Spanish radio stations in LA. WTF! Are you kidding me?

Here's another:  95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens! Snopes claims while that stat may be accurate, it's hard to prove because there are more outstanding warrants for illegals because they flee to their Latin American countries (like Mexico, Nicaragua and El Salvador) before their court cases and where there is no extradition treaties to the US. They further go on to say these Latin American countries try these criminals for their crimes in LA. Again, really? To say that, Snopes is leaving out the FACT that these countries have corrupt judicial systems with revolving jail doors. This is why an earlier statistic states that 2/3rds of all illegals that enter this country are already wanted for a violent crimes in LA. If their respective countries were really prosecuting them for murder, then how do they make it back make over into this country a short time later?

I'm now just waiting to hear Snopes make that stupid politically-correct statement that of the 3.9 million Spanish-speakers (illegals of course) in LA County (out of a 10 million population), how do we know they're also not Canadians? Give me a break. I grew up in LA and witnessed these stats first-hand. They are not only true, but if anything, they are understated if you choose to burry your head in he sand and be so politically correct.

Africans and Western Slaves Buyers both created Nigers… The Dirty Little Secrets of Slavery

By Cheri (@CheriWriter) the Non-PC Newsgirl

In Western Countries, especially America, the issue of slavery is still strong and contentious nearly 150 years after the civil war abolished it. Many African-Americans, while not all, are stll very angry about how their ancestors were shackled, shoved beyond capacity into treachorous slave ships, murdered aboard at will and then sold into ownership to Europeans, Americans and Arabs and sent to countries like England, Peru, France and America.

When slaves were first freed in the 19th Century, which in America was after one of the bloodiest wars in Western history, blacks--or Nigers and Negroes as they were called then--had the opportunity to leave their respective repressive lands and go back to Africa. After years of torture, murder, rape and unspeakable horrors, the loss of their identity and demeaing treatment still at hand, such as by stil calling whites Massa (master), they chose to stay despite their treatment and depraved working conditions. Why? It would seem that anyone would want to leave as soon as humanly possible, especially when there was little hope to advance, to become equal and they were not wanted in these land as free men (and women who had even less oppotunity than black men). Yet they never left, evem when they were not truly free under such conditions. Why?

Why not go back to Africa and rejoin their people? Many had much to offer, especially those whose owners weren’t cruel tyrants and educated them and treated them more like paid servants than slaves. Those who were taught to read and write, to speak proper English, French, etc. and who learned mathematics, science and even Western culture had much to offer. They could have shared this invaluable knowledge and helped build more advanced societies in their original lands. They even had a style of living more comfortable than tribal life. More so, they could now help their own people. And yet they still didn’t go back. Why?

To discuss the issue of slavery in America and other countries properly, the why must be answered honestly. Why didn’t blacks go back to their homeland and instead remained in their respective countries where they were once slaves and still suffered from degradation, racism, poverty, lynching and an impossible road to equality?

Unfortunately, the answer comes from Africa itself. It’s a topic few wish to discuss, but a true one none-the-less. Africans were not innocent in slavery. They in fact made it a business for themselves to sell their own people. They did so time after time, often for pieces of mere metal and other technology at the time that they didn't possess, but wanted at any cost. It’s an under-discussed truth, but tribal chiefs played a huge hand in helping capture their fellow Africans, cage them and sell them into bondage on transatlantic-slave ships.

Rival tribes captured people from enemy tribes with whom they were warring with, and there were well-known traffickers who looked forward to the arrival of Western trade ships so they could get more precious metals, mainly to use as weapons, and for greater technology, such as cooking tools, and, above all, for greater power among the tribes, despite knowing the fate of the people sold. Some estimates suggest that between 10 to 28 million Africans were sent to the Americas and sold into slavery between 1450 A.D. until the early 19th Century. Among those, hundreds of thousands to nearly a million newly-enslaved people were killed before ever reaching their new worlds. While in-transit crossing the mid-Atlantic ocean, the voyage was so harsh and cruel due to barbaric conditions onboard, the slaves died on the ships or were sent overboard alive in efforts to end resistance or as a result of severe oceanic and weather conditions.

The reality of the why is there was no place for Western former slaves to go back to, especially Africa. They couldn't rejoin the very tribes that sold them in the first place and they now spoke other languages. Families that had orginally been dispalced were no longer their families. Added to this was the amount of cross-breeding that changed the color of their Western black skin to looking anywhere from tan to almost white. This of course caused them to stick out as former slaves and as white bastards.

Warring tribes captured men, women and children from other tribes, and when the whites wanted the biggest and strongest tribe members, their leaders gave these people to them for trade. They did not care about those people as we would think they would or as their families certainly did. They cared about the objects they bartered for.

Soon, however, it became apparent the Africans had made a deal with the devil. Whites kept track of their "stock," and when the well of large Africans began to dry up, so to speak, tribal leaders knew whites would eventually come for them. So in a last stitch effot to save themselves after hundreds of years of plundering by the greedy, both by whites and blacks alike, the Africans fought and made a stand for their freedom. Of course they were outgunned, outnumbered and easily captured, but now without trade. What irony.

So the question of why is because former black Western slaves had no where to go and had to make due with where they were and how to survive. In some cases, it was worse than being on the plantation as slaves (for those with the kinder owners of course). Many had no where else to go but back to the plantations to pick cotton, but now for unliveable wages and no homes.

The history of slavery is this country and others is varied, complex and not one-sided. There has been and still is no one answer to fit all. But one thing is clear, you can’t blame one group without sharing that blame with the others. ALL were sick, regardless of their motives. Buying and selling humans is in no way justifiable.

African ancestors collaborated with European and Arab slave traders and should follow Britain and the United States by publicly apologizing for their evil, barbaric part in it. It’s a shameful history on both sides, and the traditional story of slavery only causes stronger racism and less forgiveness, ultimately impeding our ability to learn from it and move forward. When leaders remain silent on all the issues surrounding slavery, history can repeat itself. In 1998, Uganda President Yoweri Museveni in a speech to an audience that included Bill Clinton, said "African chiefs were the ones waging war on each other and capturing their own people and selling them. If anyone should apologize it should be the African chiefs. We still have those traitors here even today."

Bernie Sander's Sex Fantasies, Of Concern Today or Not?

By Cheri, The Non-PC Newsgirl (@CheriWriter)

“Do you know why the newspapers with articles like ‘Girl 12 raped by 14 men’ sell so well?” Bernie Sanders asked in an article in the February 1972 issue of “Vermont” tabloid. “To what in us are they appealing?”

According to Sanders, it’s the male, female roles in a relationship that are based on the “slavishness” of women on one hand and the “pigness” of men on the other, with each sex trying to fill the needs of the other only as a role they are playing. This, he stated, is the result of the loss of the dependent woman awaiting the strong man bringing home the killed animal, which has created the loss of humanity and changing roles.

“A man goes up home and masturbates his typical fantasy. A woman on her knees. A woman tied up. A woman abused.” He wrote as his opening lead to the article, “A woman enjoys intercourse with her man -- as she fantasizes being raped by 3 men simultaneously.” Is he claiming these are the true roles of males and females in a relationship?

It’s hard to make sense of just what the point was Sanders tried to make in this 1970s article. Does he seriously believe all men fantasize about abusing women and all women fantasize about being abused? More so, are these the beliefs of this man running for the President of the United States of America?

We can claim that this was written more than 40 years ago so it has no meaning with regard to the man of today. I would say it does have meaning. A man who thinks in such a manner is twisted, no doubt. Where the doubt lies is as to whether these thoughts have aged to become more disgusting overtime or to have changed and to become “humane.” That truth is only really known to Sanders and perhaps the women in his relationships.

Because we cannot say with any certainty what Bernie Sanders' thoughts are now in regard to male, female roles in a relationship, we cannot dismiss or rule out the scary notion that today he not only holds these same beliefs, but they have indeed aged overtime and strengthened into God knows what. He is too much of a gamble to have around women, girls or children, much less to lead the people of the free world. I am concerned.

USPS Revealed Mail Sent Late Purposely to Save $1.2 Billion Annually; Public Not Informed

By Cheri (@CheriWriter), The Non-PC Newsgirl

It’s a seven-hour drive from Charlotte, NC, to Cape Canaveral, FL. It takes two, and at times three days for standard and first-class mail to arrive when sent from either state. On the USPS site, the delivery schedule confirms the two business day delivery time, barring bad weather and holidays.

Yet for the past four to five months, it’s taken two or three times longer for mail to reach it’s destination, regardless of weather conditions. Something changed the delivery schedule, and the public has not been informed of these changes and why they were made.

According to U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Spokesperson Enola C. Rice from the Corporate Communications Suncoast and Mississippi Districts USPS Service in Tampa, FL, "In January, (the USPS) implemented operating window changes in all of our 320 processing facilities… (impacting) the schedules for nearly all processing and transportation activities nationwide,"  she stated, adding that the scope of this change in an organization the size of the Postal Service was enormous."

Rice said this was one of the most significant operational changes since automation implementation. The reason for this change, she said, allows the USPS to save $1.2 billion dollars annually as a result of the mail processing operational window change as well as that the planned consolidations enable better use of company assets.

"While making these network changes," Rice said, "We were also contending with some unusually harsh weather conditions. A large number of winter storms disrupted service in Quarter 2, particularly for mail requiring air transportation."

This may be true some of the times our mail has been so late, but it in most cases there has been good weather and yet the mail is still late. This is hurtful to people paying rent, receiving paychecks and when paying utilities.

Yet the USPS Spokesperson, Rice, said the company is committed to improving the reliability and predictability of mail and package delivery, and to achieving consistent time-of-day delivery for its customers.

"Our commitment to customer service is unwavering," She said. "Service performance in Quarter 3 has been steadily improving  and we remain committed that the changes we are implementing will ultimately improve the overall customer experience."

Rice sited a Gallup poll released May 6, 2015, in which Americans rated their satisfaction with their mail delivery at 90 percent, reinforcing the U.S. Postal Service number one ranking among major government agencies, which was taken from another poll done in November 2014.

In the meantime, plan to send your mail out at least a week earlier than you normally would so your bills, medical and automotive insurance checks, and payroll checks two to three times earlier than you ever have had to in the past in order for it to reach its destination on time.

When asked why the USPS has not informed the public about these first-class mail schedule, "Rice said USPS wanted to work out all the bugs before making such a huge comment regarding one of he largest changes in the company’s history.

This comes on the heels of protests in Omaha, ME, On Thursday, May 14, 215, by nationwide postal workers and customers. The rally focused on the long delays in mail delivery; a reduction in service standards; and closures of mail sorting centers, which protestors say hurt consumers, seniors, small businesses and workers alike.

Postal workers rallied to keep post offices open, to stop pay cuts that have slowed regular mail service and it called for longer service hours.

With office closures, salary cuts and decreased service hours, this may lead people to believe USPS is in trouble and its earnings in the first two quarters of 2015 were down, along with the  2014 quarters.

On the contrary, despite some downs, overall revenue for standard mail was up 7.6% with a volume growth of 3.5%, compared to the volume decline of 2.8% the year prior. This growth is attributed, states USPS spokespeople, by an increase in political mail of 0.9%.

And first-class mail, which is the bread and butter that drives profit for USPS, increased in revenue by 3.7%, even though volume fell by 1.1% . But this was an increase considering in the period year prior, first-class mail revenue fell to 2.8%, as volume declined by 4.6%. The USPS made first-class mail a proirity as a result of it's overall profitability.

So why all the pay cuts, closers and delayed mail? Kristen Day, a USPS worker in the assorting facility in Nebraska, the answer is as old as time--greed-- and cares less for the true harm it causes.

Tell your Senators to Support $500 million for the Green Climate Fund that is essential to combating global climate change.

Dear Florida State Senator Thad Altman;

A key aspect of addressing global climate change is building the capacity of developing countries to limit or reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and to adapt to the unavoidable impacts of climate change.

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) was conceived in 2009 to help poor and vulnerable countries address these challenges.

More than 30 countries—including the US—have already pledged $10.2 billion to get the fund up and running. In his current budget proposal, President Obama requested $500 million for the GCF as the first installment of the US four-year pledge. To maintain US leadership in addressing the global climate challenge, Congress must approve this request.

People in developing countries suffer disproportionately from climate disasters that threaten their health and livelihoods. These countries must have the funds needed to adapt to climate change and move forward with sustainable clean energy.

In his current budget, President Obama has requested $500 million to help establish the fund. To date, no less than 30 countries have pledged more than $10 billion to GCF, including investments of $1.5 billion from Japan, $1.2 billion from the UK, and $1 billion each from France and Germany.

Both Republican and Democratic administrations have made international climate action a priority. The George W. Bush Administration pledged an ambitious $2 billion to the World Bank's Climate Investment Funds. President Obama's $500 million request for the GCF represents a small, but critical investment to maintain our country's bipartisan commitment to global climate action.

I ask you to support funding for the GCF in the FY16 Department of State, Foreign Operations and Related Programs Appropriations Bill.

Sincerely,

Cheri Newman

Alternative Health-care Payment Models and their Affects on Doctors

Question: How do alternative health care payment models (i.e., models other than simple fee-for-service payment) affect physicians and physician practices in the United States?

  1. Abstract

The project reported here, sponsored by the American Medical Association (AMA), aimed to describe the effects that alternative health care payment models (i.e., models other than fee-for-service payment) have on physicians and physician practices in the United States. These payment models included capitation, episode-based and bundled payment, shared savings, pay for performance, and retainer-based practice. Accountable care organizations and medical homes, which are two recently expanding practice and organizational models that frequently participate in one or more of these alternative payment models, were also included. Project findings are intended to help guide efforts by the AMA and other stakeholders to make improvements to current and future alternative payment programs and help physician practices succeed in these new payment models — i.e., to help practices simultaneously improve patient care, preserve or enhance physician professional satisfaction, satisfy multiple external stakeholders, and maintain economic viability as businesses. The report provides both findings and recommendations.

Key Findings

Payment Models Affect Practices

  • Multiple practice leaders and market interviewees reported that their own practices or others in their markets were changing their organizational models in response to new payment models.
  • Respondents perceived that alternative payment models have encouraged the development of team approaches to care management.
  • Market observers and physician practices reported that global capitation and related shared savings models were changing relationships between primary care and subspecialist physicians.
  • Physician practices reported making significant investments in their data management capabilities to track and improve performance in alternative payment models.
  • The multiplicity of pay-for-performance and other incentive programs has created a heavy administrative burden for some physician practices.

Payment Models Affect Physicians

  • The financial incentives applied to physician practices via alternative payment models were not simply "passed through" to individual physicians. Practice leaders described transforming certain practice-level financial incentives into internal nonfinancial incentives for individual physicians. Leaders acknowledged the presence of inconsistencies between financial and nonfinancial incentives. Alternative payment models had negligible effects on the aggregate income of individual physicians within the sample. Some physicians reported wanting to have their incomes more closely linked to quality and efficiency of care.
  • Alternative payment models have not substantially changed how physicians delivered face-to-face patient care. Additional nonclinical work created significant discontent. Most physicians in practice leadership positions were optimistic and enthusiastic about alternative payment models, while most physicians not in leadership roles expressed at least some level of apprehension.

Recommendations

  • To optimize the quantity and content of physician work under alternative payment models, ensure that physician practices have support and guidance.
  • To improve the effectiveness of alternative payment models, address physicians' concerns about the operational details of these payment models.
  • To help them succeed in alternative payment models, ensure that physician practices have data and resources for data management and analysis.
  • To help physician practices respond constructively, harmonize key components of alternative payment models, especially performance measures.

PROPER MUSLIMS--DO SOMETHING!

By Cheri, the Non-PC Newsgirl

Whenever I hear Muslims speak of their barbaric brethren, I ONLY hear defense that they as Muslims are not like these barbaric people. I NEVER hear of how Muslims will take these people, kids, and at least try to teach them the correct way of the Koran, which is not to horribly kill innocents. I never hear the leaders of the Muslim community say we will do ALL we can to turn them into proper
Muslims, and then go out and preach a better lecture on the true tenants of Islam than extremists.

When all I hear are Muslims defending themselves, as in singular, and not taking as a group, as in plural, I don’t have confidence that Muslims are even willing to try to stop this or even capable of it! For others who are fed up with the hostage takers and brutal slayings of innocents, they believe all Muslims are apart of it. I do not believe this, but I do believe proper Muslims are derelict in their duties to find their fringe Muslims and helping them avoid becoming extremists.

So please, in addition to defending yourselves, let the American people, the world, know you are doing something to stem the problem. Otherwise it does appear you’re almost encouraging this type of behavior. By remaining silent on this issue about the real reason your young Muslims are strapping bombs to their bodies or putting them in their back-packs to mangle and kill innocent runners, the problem gets worse.

These are your people and you have a responsibly to take these young Muslims in and show them the love they think they will get from extremists. If they're going to Syria, for Christ's sake, it seems apparent they're not getting the proper Muslim teachings from their own community and, more so, the love that the desperately need!

You’re more worried about defending the honor of Islam. Well think about it. How much more shame can be placed on Muslims and Islam than what's going on around the world now.

DO SOMETHING!

Screw Muslim Extremists

This is still America and we still have the U.S. Constitution where free speech, religion and press are tantamount to our way of life. We can't let these extremists, Isis or others, cow us with fear tactics to take away our way of life!

Soon after our Constitution was created, a group of states and people called Anti-Federalists, such as James Madison, believed the document was missing greater constitutional protection for individual liberties, and so the Bill of Rights was added to safeguard individual liberty and put particular prohibitions on governmental power.

The very first amendment came about after thousands of years of religious control over people's speech and thus their lives. Time and again, history provides examples of how thinking and thus saying something that contradicted governmental power or religious norms was construed as blasphemy, causing the torture or cruel killings of many people, which is not unlike events of late.

Thus, our forefathers gave us the freedom to be religious, Christian or otherwise, or not be religious, believing this would stop such barbaric acts then and in the future--our future. So written by James Madison, the 10 Bill of Rights came into existence, with the First Amendment stating:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Under these rights, we have built a nation of people who for the most part have respected and even fought for these bills to live on, even if they strongly opposed the thinking of others for whom they fought for. So why now are journalists, cartoonists, bloggers and even little girls being kidnapped, tortured and having their lives brutally ended for showing a picture of their prophet?

In the section of the Koran where Mohamed speaks of killing and of wars against the Christians, promising salvation in the afterlife, it was not meant for innocents. Muslims, Christians and Jews have fought for thousands of years in the Middle East for control over that land of which they perceived had mystical or religious endowments.
This is not the case in 2015, and it is not just Westerners that hold freedom of religious belief and thought as sacred. In fact, it is only a very few amount of people who have devitalized the words of their prophet and used them to herd others, torture and kill.
We can't let this continue. Two hundred Christians girls went missing today. Dozens of journalists and aid workers have been kidnapped, with many of those having their heads slowly sliced off while awake. And yet another was beaten and set afire.
I believe that since World War II, this is the only war we should fight. It is a direct affront to our way of life. And yet Obama keeps saying no boots on the ground; no war. And each day as our government tries to keep us from going to war with these barbaric people, like in WWII, more and more people are forced to live under the direct rule of these morons and more morons are joining their "cause." Well, morons, I hope you enjoy these!
